New format launched at the SUZ: «Meet the researcher»
Last Tuesday, the format organized by the Junior Faculty Members had its inaugural meeting.
The primary objective of the sessions is to foster mutual acquaintance and explore potential collaborative opportunities across various Chairs.
Giuseppe Pietrantuono presented his freshly started five-year project, titled Causes, Contexts, Consequences: Understanding Immigrant Integration through Citizenship (InterCitizien).
Participating with him on the SNF project is Alessandra Stampi-Bombelli, who provided participants with an overview of her previous research and explained her contributions to InterCitizien.
Sandra Gilgen shared her motivation for studying inequality and discussed how this focus informs her current research within the URPP H2R | Human Reproduction Reloaded.
Overall, the event marked a successful start for a format designed to get to know each other and the diverse research within the department. Welcome to participate or attend are all researchers - from the SUZ and other departements of the UZH.
We're looking forward to the second installement in May!
